Our Program

Seymour Heights Play-Based Programs offers Full-Day and Morning Programs for children three to five years old.

Our program provides the most flexible preschool offerings on the North Shore. With options for 2, 3 or 5 days a week in both our Full-Day (7:45am to 5:15pm) and Morning Programs (9:00am to 12:00pm), we give parents exactly what they want and need. This is a school for every family that values involvement in their child’s education and building community with like-minded families.

We take seriously on our Learning Through Play Philosophy, enjoying many silly moments and out-and-about exploration. Your child will be encouraged, supported, challenged and loved in our school. Together as a community we nurture our children and honour their important role in our lives. Our programs are designed to prepare your child (and you) for Kindergarten and the years beyond.

Our Full-Day Program gives families enriched childcare as well as preschool programming, allowing them to be a part of the Parent Participation Preschool community without the responsibility of duty days interrupting their work schedule. Read more.

Our Morning Program gives children the perfect opportunity to be introduced to a classroom setting and prepare for Kindergarten. Parents are involved both in the classroom and take on jobs as part of the school operations. Read more.
